Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Phone numbers, emails, exact home addresses, CNIC or passport details, and private verification documents are not shown publicly.

Choose a visibility setting for each photo: public, blurred, on request or hidden. You can approve or withdraw photo access. Withdrawing access cannot remove a copy or screenshot someone has already saved.

You choose when to publish your profile for other members to find. Private account and message pages require sign-in and are marked to stay out of search engine results. These protections are separate from cookies.

We use account and profile information, information about message activity, and payment records to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

If a member reports a conversation, our safety team may review the messages in that conversation to investigate the report and keep Hamsar safe. We do not read private chats unless they are reported.

To delete your account while signed in, open Settings and confirm with your password. If you cannot sign in, use Delete your account to request a link at the email address on your account. Deletion removes your profile from search. Records we must keep by law may remain without your name or email. You can also write to support@hamsar.app.
